1. Boston Contract

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

2. Boston Eligibility Requirements

To rent a vehicle in Boston, you must:

8. Limitation of Liability — Boston

To the maximum extent permitted by Massachusetts law, Boston will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Boston, Massachusetts.
